I had a problem with the Flavel Milano 100 range cooker. I called and got Andy on the phone, Please bear in mind this was not to book a repair, it was purely for guidance and assistance. He said he'd call back at his earliest convenience, and he duly did. This guy is so switched on and knowledgeable. First, I sent an enquiry form, and Andy got back to us within a minute, so we're off to a great start. He went through a few things that could be wrong with it, which I liked as it showed he cared. He went through the price and procedures with clarity and professionalism. He went through a few things on how to care for your oven and recommended other cleaning substances from Amazon (which we ordered immediately), which are better than the other high-street brands. He was in for 30 minutes, and the job was professionally done with absolutely no mess. So I highly recommend Andy if you need your oven fixed.
My oven stopped producing heat, and I called Andy, hoping to get it sorted. Andy was able to come over the next day, and thanks to an excellent diagnosis over the phone, was able to determine precisely what the issue was and fix it the same day. He also took care of something that had the potential to cause another issue further down the line. He was very professional and friendly, and if I ever have an issue with my oven, I'll be calling him right away. Thanks so much for coming out so quickly!
I contacted this company as my sister had a problem with her electric cooker oven not heating up. I spoke with a genuinely helpful gentleman (Andy) who guided us through some identification and problem-solving checks based on his knowledge and experience. Although in the end Andy did not have to attend to repair anything, his communication and helpfulness to resolve the issue speak volumes for the integrity of his company, and I would certainly use it again in the future.
